This is easy and exactly what I need. Would love to see icloud

I just started using this app and it seems to work pretty good. I do have one suggestion, and that is to update the App so it takes advantage of the iPhone 5 screen. Sometimes typing on the app, as its set up for the 4, is a challenging task.

I was able to customize the app to meet my intended use. Clean and ease program, performs as advertised.

I have this app on my iphone and ipad. When I quickly capture info from an incident on my phone its a bother to transfer it to the iPad later.

Please update to sync with iCloud! Having data on my iPad is excellent, in the fast pace of my business iCloud sync would allow for awesome level of efficiency

This app is great! It really helps me keep track of all my employees really well. I just wish that there was a way to schedule if you need to talk to an employee using a calendar or something.

I have had this app a little over an hour and I have already used it. Easy to setup, easy to fill out a report, email or print report.

I had an issue, and sent an e-mail. Received a reply within 2-3 hours and he continued to e-mail me back and forth until we found a solution. I would recommend the app - it is great for tracking everything related to your employees AND has superb support. I recommend it without reservation.

I cant seem to import from the lite version. I follow the instructions and it seems to work but it doesnt show up on the pro app. Also would like to see the addition of keeping up with what tasks current employees are working on and then assigning points

I am a work at home Operations Supervisor for a major company call center. I have 22 agents on my team that require continual supervision for various reasons such as performance merit tracking, personal agent situations, and violated work infractions. This app is the perfect open playing field that allows the user to create anything required to better perform your job duties, but also be able to reward or record challenging conversations for record when needed. The photo option addition, along with the email makes this the perfect all around tool for my needs. This is a MUST for any person who needs an easy to use organizational tool for tracking your employee behaviors. Thank you!

You basically have to build the database yourself! This is way too time consuming and not beneficial at all. I want my money back!

No complaints, this app is good for anyone who wants to keep track of their employees... I only wish that there was an option to have the ability to send a txt message blast instead of email. Most people use cell phones and its easier to send a txt than an email sometimes. Other than that it would be nicer if reports looked a little nicer rather than plain txt...

I dont always write a review but when ... I do it cause its needed ! As a general manager nothing has kept me more organized !

A flexible tool that allows me to document behaviors on the fly.

Ive tried other apps for my work but this one by far is the best. Its visually beautiful and runs smooth. The one thing that would be icing on the cake would be if it could automatically sync any changes you make to Dropbox. But honestly thats the only downside to the app. Amazing!!

Would love cloud support to sync across devices.

I have been searching for something like this for years. The biggest benefit is I have the ability to personalize almost everything to fit my needs and my companys vernacular. Dont tell anyone, but this app is worth triple the price!

This app helps me keep track who is having problems in what areas. Then we can set goals to correct them. I also let the employees know that these problems were being kept track of as part of our ISO record keeping and quality improvement program.
