Would get 5 stars I you could get the app to export into a spreadsheet or something other than just an email.

Needs to have option to completely remove fields instead of just renaming them. It is annoying when you only want to use 2-3 of the 8 available.

Excellent tool for managers. Employee notes are always right at my fingertips now. Easily accessible and easily shared with teammates. Great tool for documentation both negative and positive.

This is an excellent way to keep track of employees

I have been waiting for a app like this to be developed its very useful in communicating with other Management employees and keeping track of employees. I would really like to see a few things that would enhance this product. To have a way to upload a searchable companys policy and procedures. And a template that could be changed to match a companys write ups/warnings and a way to import the employees actions so that it may produce a write up that could be signed by the employer and employee. Thank James

I bought this app while it was still in its early stages... As being a new district manager I needed something to help keep me organized... I had issues with the early version and Chris and I emailed back and forth several times till we got it fixed... I have seen nothing but positive increases and additions to this app as it has progressed... It has helped keep me two steps ahead of my employees and managers by being able to grab a years worth of data in seconds... I have emailed employee files to my bosses when I felt as though there may be legal issues and it has prevented lawsuits as well reduced my unemployment rates by good data tracking... This is a MUST app for anyone serious about being successful in there position of authority..

The addition of dropbox utilization will help those on Windows based networks be able to print reports more easily; while, allowing managers to oversee HR actions. Thank you for an intuitive and flexible venue. We will explore its utility and support you. Life is more complicated than necessary at times. So, I have a saying, "If you see anything simple...sign me up!" I recommend this program, not only is it simple to understand...it is effective. Sign up!

Thank you for this. This is a great and easy tool to help you keep a record of employees behaviors. I love this app. I just finished transferring all my notes into it. I love how I can customize every field to my liking. Its great. Its easy. I can back it up easy. I can password protect it. I can be walking around and quickly add a note on good or bad behaviors. This will be great when it comes time for reviews or promotions or terminations.

This is the best app ever!! As a Executive always on the go, this application has helped me manage my employees time and production. I would like to say thank you!!! The only thing I would suggest is adding a calendar where I can choose the month and date. I would like to go back add notes on my employee from the start of the year, and going back to capture those prior dates are not that easy. But as I said that is a small issue, I give this app an A++....

This is the best app ever! As an administrator/teacher, I have very little time to document employee behavior. With this app, its all right at my fingertips! I can even keep track of sick days, personal days and vacation days! Thank you for helping me to organize a vital aspect of our program!

Simple, fast, ton of support for questions, customize how you want...excellent app! First app I tried to track the guys I supervise and no reason to look elsewhere.

Allows me to easily track details that I used to split between spread sheets and file folders. This is a real time saver and is making my life much easier. The ability to customize each field to fit my terminology rocks.

Great app for keeping up on all the paperwork that comes with typical HR work. Its customizable to great extent, allowing development of the app to fit your particular company structure. As an executive, I highly recommend it for anyone trying to manage a group of employees or a team. EXCELLENT APP!

This app is very useful! It will help you keep track of all the good and not so good things that your employees do throughout the year. Great for tracking attendance events, accomplishments, coaching sessions, etc... Automatic sync with other devices would be a great addition.

Fantastic app! I am using this for a list of over 200 employees and finding it extremely flexible in what can be done with this, including using the locations to enter titles for specific pay rates to group people into full time and part time, and then adding each client account as a location so I can easily track who is covering each client. Actions can be set up for both positive as well as negative actions and even "neutral" actions just to make note of general information. The developer is very responsive to hearing suggestions for future updates. Definitely a keeper app!

Pretty good for keeping track of items. Some suggestions would be to allow the ability to link multiple employees to 1 event, store regular documents such as discipline letters in native formats to events, provide a desktop PC application and sync capabilities.

This is a great app. I use it daily to track all my employees action, verbal warnings, write ups, terminations and their achievements. I also take a picture of my write ups, accidents, injuries and save them to images. You can not get anything better for the price. It is great that the designer is working on a spread sheet and a sync for this APP. Terrific job on providing a APP that is so useful. I also use this when I am talking to an employee about his attendance and can show him everyday he was late at a glance.
