Enter an employees name, then add infractions/accolades at your convenience. You can customize the app to input just about any actions you want. Change just about any word in the app to fit your needs. The layout was designed to be easy and efficient. When you want to contact the employee, you have all the data you need right in your hands. The app can store the name of the infraction or accolade, the date and time, where it occurred, the supervisor on duty, employer reaction, a photo/image, and a detailed description. Keep in mind this can be done for as many employees as you need. Records can be sent via email- whether its just one or all the actions a particular employee has earned.

You can also save Employee Tracker data via email, printing, dropbox or backup your data in iTunes. Send the data file to other users of the app with ease.

I searched for an app with this functionality and really, nothing else comes close. It is intuitive and simple to use,not cluttered with meaningless bloat. Though I personally had a minor download glitch, the developer took great pains to promptly find a fix. Based on my experience so far and fabulous support, I give it an unreserved rating of five stars. As a busy Trades Supervisor I need to have a reliable and stable app that is simple to use.
What a great all-in-one app to have all your employees current info re performance at your fingertips. Totally customizable and so easy to use, its just the app Ive been looking for.
Love this it is the best way I have found for keeping track of the little things that employees do as iPad is always open on desk no need to look for paper. Thank you make my work day simpler.
I own a restaurant and use this app on a regular base. I use it for everything from employee being late, no shows, sick, injuries, conversation from management to staff as well as all warnings or dismissals. I also use it for any tasks not completed and anything staff has done great while on shift. The point system and colour coding for actions work great for quick reference when staff request a pay increase. I love this app and encourage anyone to who own a business use this app
I used this app when I was a manager. I then switched careers and became an Instructor and deleted this app. I was searching for an app to track skills of my students on a daily basis. I had trouble finding one, then remembered this app, which I now use. It is very adapts le to make it do what you want to do, highly recommend it.

Some bad moments

Ive used this before in the past and recently redownloaded it on my newer 5se. Im not sure why I deleted it in the past at the moment, could be related to this. This time as soon as I opened the app and went to add an employee it crashed. Close all apps and a hard reset, the same thing kept happening several more times before I came here. I dont know about you, but I dont have time to waste on something I cant rely on. Good idea, but Ill be moving on from here.
I did do an update and lost everything but I had a backup which everything important should be. Anyway I wrote and asked for help (maybe not even the correct address) and Chris wrote back right away. Within mere hours all was perfect, thanks Chris, love this app and perfect support! Cheryl Buckworth
This app has been a great tool for me. In the past I would never remember to write down things about my employees work performance but now as soon as think it I put it in the app. I was unable to open the app after installing an update but thanks to the prompt and helpful support from the developer I was able to reinstall the app at no charge and get back to normal in less than a half an hour. I recommend this app to anyone that manages any number of people, you owe to yourself and your employees.
I love this app. It really helps me keep track of all my employees and is very easy to use. I love the quick overview they give you when you purchase it too. I did have a problem with one of the updates so I went to their website and sent them an e-mail. They responded very quick with a personal e-mail and a follow up to make sure everything was working the way it should be. I never expected such great customer service. Great app, great company!
This is the only app I found that let me write about my employees effectively. Then I can email it to my wifes iPad to back it up. When there was an app problem with a backup issue, the app creator responded to me with quickness and fixed the problem within an hour or so. I have written some app support and months later I still havent received a response. Not these guys!
This App is great, very customizable for your needs. I use this to supervise all my staff and it is a great tool to give feedback and have an electronic record of it. I highly recommend this for any supervisor that wants to keep track of their employee supervision notes. Keep up the good work!
